BALLISTIC RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT AND BOARD CHANGES
 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRSI) announced today that Joseph R. Little intends to step down as the company's CEO. The board of directors has initiated the search for a replacement. Until such time as a new CEO is selected, Darrell Brandt, a director and chairman of the Executive Committee, will oversee the operations of the company. The company has also announced the resignation of Steven R. Wilhelm from its board of directors.
 Ballistic Recovery Systems, Inc., based in El Monte, Calif., designs, manufactures, and distributes rocket-deployed parachute systems which are designed to recover aircraft under catastrophic airborne conditions. The company also designs, manufactures, and markets parachute systems and subsystems for defense applications.
