BAIL SET FOR TEEN CHARGED IN ACTOR'S MURDER.

Bail was set Wednesday at $2 million for a 16-year-old runaway charged as an adult with murdering North Hollywood actor Merlin Santana, who recently appeared with Eddie Murphy Edward "Eddie" Regan Murphy (born April 3, 1961) is an Academy Award nominated, Golden Globe Award-winning American actor and comedian. At the hearing, Monique King agreed to postpone her arraignment A criminal proceeding at which the defendant is officially called before a court of competent jurisdiction, informed of the offense charged in the complaint, information, indictment, or other charging document, and asked to enter a plea of guilty, not guilty, or as otherwise permitted  until June 25 so her attorney can appeal the judge's order that found her unfit to be tried as a juvenile on charges of murder and attempted murder.
