The clarification resulted from a reclassification Reclassification The process of changing the class of mutual funds once certain requirements have been met. Reclassification is not considered to be a taxable event. of certain unallocable corporate expenses which affected the operating income and cash flow of the company's Argentine and Brazilian operations.
