BAE Systems Wins U.S. Army Contract for New Engineering/EOD Vehicles Worth Potentially $2.288 Billion.YORK, Pa. -- BAE Systems has been selected by the U.S. Army to be the sole producer of the new Medium Mine Protected Vehicle The Medium Mine Protected Vehicle (MMPV) is a class of armored vehicles currently being procured by the US Army, similar to the MRAP program, which is currently being pursued by the US Army as well as the US Marine Corps.
