BAE Systems, Information and Electronic Warfare Integration, Inc.BAE Systems, Information and Electronic Warfare Integration, Inc. of Nashua, N.H., is being awarded a time and material contract, with a cumulative total of $125,000,000, for technical support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services in support of the Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasure/Common Missile Warning System (ATIRCM/CMWS ATIRCM/CMWS Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasure/Common Missile Warning System ). Services include, but are not limited to, engineering support associated with the development of new jam codes to counter emerging missile threats, contractor logistic support, system installation into other aircrafts to support Department of Defense and foreign military sales That portion of United States security assistance authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act of 1976, as amended. This assistance differs from the Military Assistance Program and the International Military Education and Training Program requirements, software support and integration of product improvements. Work will be performed at Nashua, N.H., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 14, 2007. This was a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 15, 2001.
