BAE SYSTEMS Integrated Defense Solutions, headquartered in Austin, Texas, will provide the laser warning receiver to ATK for a variety of U.S. military aircraft. The laser warning electronics are integrated into ATK's AN/AAR-47 (V)2 Missile Warning Receiver.

The AAR-47 is a common-housing, fully integrated missile and laser warning system and is slated to be installed on more than 3,000 U.S. Navy and Air Force helicopters and transport aircraft.

Production deliveries are scheduled to begin this month and will extend to October 2003.
