The new configuration will provide greater speed and mobility, improved driver controls, improved T-150 track, and armor provisions. BAE Systems' facility in Anniston, Ala., has been upgrading the M113 FOVs since 1994 and produces them in partnership with the Anniston Army Depot Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) is a major United States Army facility fulfilling various depot operations. Primary missions are the repair of tracked vehicles and storage of chemical weapons (Anniston Chemical Activity). The depot is located in Anniston, Alabama. .
