NORTH HOLLYWOOD - Animation guru guru (g`r, gr`  Phil Roman is back in the house he built.

Roman, who founded Film Roman Inc. in 1984 and left three years ago to form Phil Roman Entertainment, will move his new company, which has five employees, back into his old company's North Hollywood facility March 1.

The companies are not being merged but have agreed to work together on developing new and current projects.

Phil Roman Entertainment is headquartered in Studio City.

The company has produced the television Christmas specials ``The Gaudins'' and ``Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer reindeer, ruminant mammal, genus Rangifer, of the deer family, found in arctic and subarctic regions of Eurasia and North America. It is the only deer in which both sexes have antlers. .''

``What I was doing here is what I was doing when I started my studio there: working with the writers, producers and directors,'' Roman said. ``My troops and I are glad to be back where all the action is.''

Hyde set about wooing Roman back into the fold when he was hired in December 1999.

The two executives soon developed a close relationship and lunched together on a regular basis.

Hyde made Roman the offer to return over just such a lunch last week at Spumante Spumante is a kind of Italian sparkling wine. Hyde is delighted that the six-time Emmy winner is returning and noted that Roman was the first person he contacted when he got the chief executive's job.

``I really look forward to working with him developing projects,'' Hyde said.
