NORTH HOLLYWOOD - Animation guru guru (g `r , g r` Phil Roman is back in the house he built. Roman, who founded Film Roman Inc. in 1984 and left three years ago to form Phil Roman Entertainment, will move his new company, which has five employees, back into his old company's North Hollywood facility March 1. ``We have our own little nook over there, and I'm getting my old office back,'' the affable af·fa·ble adj. 1.
