BAB Holdings, Inc. Changes Nasdaq Trading Symbol to "INCU".

BAB Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BAGL) today announced a change in its trading symbol on the Nasdaq small cap market to "INCU". The symbol change is expected to take effect on August 3, 2000.

As previously announced, BAB Holdings, Inc. and Planet Zanett Corporate Incubator, Inc. have executed a Merger Agreement which will be presented to BAB shareholders for consideration once the proxy statement which is on file with the Securities Exchange Commission has been approved.
