Trumpeter Yukon has issued 12,795,000 class A shares and 4,000,000 class B multiple voting shares. B.Y.G., subsequent to the share distribution, will hold 5 million class A and 4 million class B shares of Trumpeter Yukon.

Trumpeter Yukon Gold Inc. is a subsidiary of B.Y.G. Natural Resources Inc. Its principal project involves the development of the properties of Omni Resources Inc. (VSE See DOS/VSE.

: ORI) as a result of Trumpeter holding 3 million shares and 3 million warrants of Omni. It will seek gold projects and accompanying assets, as well as obtain financing, independent of B.Y.G. Trumpeter Yukon is an integral part of B.Y.G.'s strategic plan for the development of gold projects and metallurgical facilities in the Yukon and region.

B.Y.G. holds 100 percent interest in recoverable gold deposits at the Mt. Nansen property in the Yukon. All the necessary financing is in place and the Mt. Nansen mine is scheduled to begin production in early October 1996 at an average annual rate of 70,000 equivalent ounces of gold.
