METRIC Systems Corporation has provided sophisticated equipment for both military and industrial applications since 1957. Today, METRIC is a world leader in airborne test, evaluation, and training products including advanced Global Positioning System Global Positioning System: see navigation satellite.

Over the past decade, METRIC has developed and manufactured more than 1000 second- and third-generation airborne instrumentation pods for military training and test applications, including the U.S. Air Force-standard P4B ACMI pod, and the high-accuracy test instrumentation pods produced for the U.S. tri-service Range Applications Joint Program Office (RAJPO RAJPO Range Application Joint Program Office ). METRIC's Advanced Air Combat Training System (MAACTS) pod provides the highest level of precision tracking available in any airborne instrumentation system.

B.V.R. had developed and patented several technologies that allowed producing fourth-generation ACMI training systems. The fourth-generation ACMI is the only system that enables unlimited number of participants to communicate to each other efficiently (using Dynamic Allocated Time Slots, B.V.R. patent) without the dependence on ground-based communication network master.  instrumented participants to provide warning of potential Mid Air Collision (MAC) in ample reaction time (B.V.R. patent). Implementing DATS in the fourth-generation ACMI training system makes it widely interoperable and allows for numerous participants from different air forces to train together worldwide. The fourth-generation ACMI training system enables real-time integration with ground-based simulators as well as virtual airborne participants (Computer Generated Forces).

In the past three years, B.V.R. has sold the EHUD, a fourth-generation ACMI training systems to eight leading air forces in the Far East, Europe, and South America South America, fourth largest continent (1991 est. pop. 299,150,000), c.6,880,000 sq mi (17,819,000 sq km), the southern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , assisted strongly by strategic alliances with leading companies. In the same time frame, METRIC has delivered well over 100 airborne instrumentation pods and associated ground equipment to air force, navy, and army training and test ranges throughout the United State and Europe.

"After intensive study of the potential partner, METRIC is by far the best match for B.V.R. in the American market and global markets to be mutually agreed upon Adj. 1. agreed upon - constituted or contracted by stipulation or agreement; "stipulatory obligations"

taking into consideration our current strategic alliances. METRIC is very focused in pursuing new technologies and provides immense production capabilities. Integrating B.V.R.'s algorithms and unique hardware into the existing third-generation ACMI training systems produced by METRIC will give the team substantial advantage over the competition," said Aviv Tzidon president & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Coy Scribner, President and CEO of METRIC, stated, "B.V.R.'s DATS and MAC technologies provide the perfect compliment to our high-accuracy GPS-based tracking system and our robust long-range data link. By leveraging our respective strengths, we will be able to create an unprecedented level of interoperability between ACMI training systems throughout Europe, north America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. , and the Pacific. Our large, established instrumentation production facilities will be key to satisfying the rapidly growing global demand for these advanced system."

B.V.R. Technologies Ltd. is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of advanced training and simulation systems for land, sea, and air military applications.
