B.R. Fries to renovate downtown retail space. (Retail New York).


B.R. Fries & Associates has been retained by Century 21 to renovate 10,000 SF of retail space adjacent to its flagship store Downtown.

The move into space at 10 Cortlandt St. brings the famous discount retailer back to the location of its original store that opened in 1961.
