: BOSC) today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement for its BOSaNOVA PrintBoss electronic forms design and management software with ARZA, an Israeli importer of Oce printers.

The agreement signals a new phase in the roll-out of BOS' multi-platform software, BOSaNOVA PrintBoss, which transparently intercepts print jobs and applies graphic formatting resulting in attractive, customized forms, reports, labels, faxes and checks. Since the introduction of the product in Q3 1999, the majority of sales have been registered to end users and local Israeli software houses. The new distribution agreement, however, accentuates the existence of an additional revenue channel for BOSaNOVA PrintBoss - that of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  component in internationally-distributed products, such as industrial printers.
