B.J. Murray, Inc., New York's largest provider of property management computer systems, recently went on-line with it's own Internet World Wide Web (WWW) site (http://www.bjmurray.com).

This new facility has been provided as a single-source for information linking B.J Murray, Inc., the world of computers and the Internet, and the property management industry.

"With this always up-to-date tool, users can find out anything they need to know about B.J. Murray, it's employees, and affiliates," says Glenn Murray, director of Installation Services at B.J. Murray, Inc. "Our Internet site is quickly becoming the core of both our customer service and marketing efforts."

"Because of the interactive nature of the Internet, the user can choose what information they want to see, when they want to see it," Murray explains. "Using hyperlinks, which are hot links to other areas of the Internet, users of the B.J. Murray WWW site can retrieve information important to their own particular interests."

"For example, when IBM announces a new product or service, we can simply include a short announcement which is `hyperlinked.' If the user wants more detail on this particular item, they can simply click on the hyperlink and it takes them right to that portion of the IBM Internet site. The real beauty of it is that IBM is also continually updating it's WWW Site, eliminating the need for us to replicate their information and distribute it to our entire client base. We just point to it from within our pages."

The Property Management Classifieds: Users can review and submit help and opportunities wanted/available ads, items for sale, industry news, announcements, etc.
