B. Riley & Company Represents Corporate DNA, Inc. in Its Sale to Carpathia Corporation.

LOS ANGELES & NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- B. Riley & Company today announced that it has successfully represented Corporate DNA, Inc. in its sale to Carpathia Corporation.

B. Riley's Managing Director Andre D. Guardi and Senior Vice President Adam J. Little represented the seller in the transaction. The terms were undisclosed.

Corporate DNA, Inc. (www.corp-dna.com) is an Irvine, California-based privately held company which provides temporary consultants to companies on a project basis. The company's consultants consist of experienced professionals specializing in accounting/finance and human resources needs.

Headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Carpathia Corporation is an innovative provider of complementary accounting, internal audit, business advisory, and permanent search and contract staffing for clients ranging from start-ups through multi-national organizations. Carpathia is a portfolio company of several private equity institutions, including Chicago Growth Partners (CGP), Peppertree Capital and Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS). Carpathia is making strategic acquisitions to build a national provider of non-attest accounting, audit and advisory services.
