B-52'S, Keith Urban, Smashmouth to Headline Ventura County Fair, August 4-15, 2004; Big Acts and ``Hooray for Hollywood'' Theme Expected to Draw Record Fair Fans.

Seaside Park, the home of the Ventura County Fair and Derby Club, announced today that it has signed several major acts for this year's Ventura County Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, August 4th through Sunday, August 15th 2004. Performances and dates of performances include:

-- The B-52's will perform their hits "Love Shack," "Roam,"

"Private Idaho" and "Rock Lobster" on Thursday, August 12

-- Smash Mouth, whose hits include "All Star" and "I'm a

Believer" from the Shrek movie soundtrack, on Wednesday,

August 11

-- Keith Urban, whose videos for "You'll Think of Me" and "Who

Wouldn't Wanna be Me" from the platinum selling album "Golden

Road" have been nominated for CMT Flame Worthy Awards, will

perform on Monday, August 9

"The Ventura County Fair has become increasingly popular over the last several years as we deliver a mix of family fun and popular entertainment.
