B'Port's new Beeramisu.
The BridgePort Brewing Co. of Portland, OR, has announced a
dramatic new pub menu for the winter season. Many of the dishes marry
BridgePort ales with gourmet cuisine, from salmon brushed with Old
Knucklehead to a hoisin sauce made from BridgePort Amber. The capper is
a "Beeramisu"--ladyfingers dipped in espresso and porter
layered with marscapone, cocoa and amaretto.
