Falcon 900 Seat

B/E's patented track and swivel mechanism provides a stable platform for premier business jet seats. This structural mechanism ensures smooth tracking with uniform force throughout the range of seat travel as well as low deflection at the extremes of seat travel. The Smoothness Index on the Falcon 900 seat is 200 percent better than available seat platforms on the market today. Additionally, B/E's engineering platform design approach maximizes the available configurable options and seat size variants to ensure superior passenger comfort.

Custom Upholstery

B/E's custom upholstery specialists continuously seek ways to enhance the esthetic appeal of the company's upholstered executive seats while searching for ways to optimize overall seat weight. Using new combinations of foams in a wider variety of applications allows B/E to evaluate new ways of shaving weight from each seat. Advanced pressure mapping tools allow B/E to measure the precise foam requirements for different anthropometric geometries, achieving a tailor fit while reducing the overall weight of the seat. With over 40 years of experience in custom upholstery, B/E has learned that the smallest of details can make the difference between a pleasing design that is too heavy and a design that helps the customer achieve both their esthetic and weight-saving goals.

Full Spectrum Digital Mood Lighting

B/E is the leader in applying LED technology to cabin interior lighting systems. B/E's LED product line offers comprehensive solutions for both reading and wash lighting systems. Providing natural, high-quality white light, these systems use 40 percent less power and are 40 percent lighter than current-generation products. A patented temperature compensation circuitry optimizes LED longevity while maintaining the high-quality light output. VIP Cabinetry 

Today's cabinets are as much a work of art as they are a study in science. The integrated aircraft mock-up demonstrates the high level of craftsmanship and precision products produced by B/E's Tucson, AZ facility. B/E marries traditional wood veneers with the high-tech materials of carbon fiber and brushed nickel inlay to create a contemporary bar and china cabinet.

"B/E's display showcases the skill of its craftsmen in maintaining the straight lines of the carbon fiber weave, even when applied on curved and corner joint surfaces where it could easily become misaligned."

With B/E's proprietary resin impregnation process, carbon fiber material can be applied over curved surfaces without loosing the linearity of the weave. Additionally, the cabinetry was designed with removable panels to reduce the cost to an operator of maintaining the unit in pristine condition. The faux finished marble countertop on the display bar unit dramatically illustrates B/E's expertise in creating faux surfaces. With its in-house artisans, B/E can simulate virtually any stone or fantasy finish.

Stringent process controls allow B/E craftsmen to monitor each stage of a custom cabinet throughout the manufacturing cycle. Periodically measuring each finished component after each stage of the build and finish process results in optimal weight and final product fit and finish.

Wine Chiller 

The B/E Aerospace Wine Chiller rapidly chills up to 13 bottles of wine and champagne. By using advanced convective technology, in-flight beverages are ready to drink in as little as 30 minutes.
