B/E Aerospace Schedules March 5 Earnings Release, Conference Call.

WELLINGTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 21, 2003

B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq:BEAV BEAV Binary Editor and Viewer ) will release its financial results for the 10-month transition period ended December 31, 2002 prior to the opening of the Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market

The first electronic stock market listing over 5000 companies. The Nasdaq stock market comprises two separate markets, namely the Nasdaq National Market, which trades large, active securities and the Nasdaq Smallcap Market that trades emerging growth companies.

Because B/E changed its fiscal year, it will announce results for a 10-month transition period beginning February 24, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002. The company will report on a calendar year basis going forward.

B/E will hold a conference call to discuss the results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, March 5.
