B/E Aerospace Gives Notice of Redemption of Its 8% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2008.


WELLINGTON, Fla. -- B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq:BEAV BEAV Binary Editor and Viewer ), announced today that it has given notice of its intention to redeem, at par, on January 11, 2006 100% of its outstanding 8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 (the "Notes").
