Notes: The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S. of its Series B and Series C Warrants to Dec. 15, 2002. These warrants were scheduled to expire on June 15, 2002. There are currently 2,775,806 Series B Warrants and 2,888,312 Series C Warrants outstanding. The Series B and Series C Warrants will retain their original exercise prices of $1.00 and $1.50 per warrant, respectively.
