Aztech wins lawsuit against Creative.


SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1995--Aztech Systems Ltd. (SESDAQ:AZTECH) is pleased to announce that the High Court of Singapore has today ruled in favor of Aztech in Suit No. 688 of 1993.

The Court has found that Aztech did not copy any part of Creative's firmware A category of memory chips that hold their content without electrical power. Firmware includes flash, ROM, PROM, EPROM and EEPROM technologies. When holding program instructions, firmware can be thought of as "hard software." See flash memory, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM and FOTA.  and had developed its family of Sound Galaxy sound cards independently.
