Aztec tackles build-out for med supplies manufacturer.


The Aztec Corporation recently addressed the business and design needs of its client, Kendall International, a leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor of disposable medical products, which was consolidating its space into a more efficient office configuration. Located at 6 Commerce Drive in Cranford, N J, Kendall International was strategically determined to reduce its space by half, and retained Aztec to reconfigure To change the status of something.  the new space it planned to occupy at the Mack-Cali facility.

The Aztec team for this fast track assignment was lead by Charles O. Logan Jr., president, who also provided the design solution.

Curtis Foster of Cushman & Wakefield was the broker and Sweetwater Construction was the general contractor A general contractor is an organization or individual that contracts with another organization or individual (the owner) for the construction of a building, road or any other execution of work or facility.  for Kendall's new space.
