Aztec gets the job done for staffing company.

The Aztec Corporation/Aztec Architects, LLC has completed design services for over 93 branch offices for the specialty staffing firm, Ajilon Finance.

In addition to design of an overall corporate image for the firm, Aztec also designed and provided space-planning services for many of Ajilon's office expansions and its headquarters space in Saddle Brook, NJ.

Aztec created a universal design template to be applied to each of Ajilon branch location. The design called for custom reception desks, wood laminate floors, and specialty lighting and glass features, as well as interview and conference rooms, private offices and open areas. Aztec assisted in establishing a furniture purchase agreement to keep the interior design of the office standards across all locations.

"One of our biggest challenges throughout the process was implementing this standard design concept across locations nationwide," said Aztec's Facility Analyst, Crystal Zebora. "For example, budgeting becomes trickier when construction costs vary from location to location. Aztec provided detailed planning and coordination with local architects and general contractors to ensure the results of the finished product."
