Aztec designs 51,000 s/f Kenneth Cole office space.


The Aztec Corporation recently completed the space design for Kenneth Cole Productions Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. is an American fashion house founded in 1982 by Kenneth Cole. Born in Brooklyn, Cole is a graduate of Emory University. He originally named the company Kenneth Cole Incorporated in September 1982 and planned to showcase his new line of shoes during  Inc.'s new office facility at 400 Plaza Drive, a Hartz Mountain property, in Secaucus, New Jersey

Aztec worked with the Kenneth Cole Kenneth Cole is the name of:
  • Kenneth Cole (designer)

  • M. Kenneth D. Cole, who studied the effects of radiation on the human body as part of the Manhattan Project
 retail design group to incorporate many unique features of Kenneth Cole retail stores' image. The space design involved abundant open areas creating a free-flowing, airy air·y

"Kenneth Cole is looking forward to better teamwork and increased productivity with this new space," she added.

Re-manufactured furniture was used as a cost effective solution for the 200 plus employees at Kenneth Cole. Aztec helped define the tenant improvements allowance and managed the construction budget through a number of Kenneth Cole operational changes.
