Aztec completes 3 fit-outs at Vantage Court in N.J. (Design and Development).

The Aztec Corporation, one of the leading full-service architectural and design firms in the industry, announced the completion of three tenant fit-out projects at Vantage Court at 200 Cottontail Lane in Somerset, N.J. Aztec was awarded these assignments on behalf of the landlord, V.C. Associates.

At 200 Cottontail Lane, a 198,000-SF office complex, Aztec completed the design and fit-out for a customer service/bank branch office on behalf of Pinnacle Credit Union, as well as office space for Parsons Infrastructure and Royal Dalton. The services Aztec provided for each tenant encompassed programming, space planning, architectural design and construction documentation.
