Axyn Signs Letter of Intent with the Guide Associates to Acquire Year 2000 Products, Services, Assets, Facilities and Key Personnel.

DENVER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1998--AXYN Corporation (NASDAQ:AXYN) (NASD OTC EBB Symbol "AXYN") today announced that a Letter of Intent has been signed with The Guide Associates, Inc. that provides AXYN with worldwide exclusive rights to - DateManager2000.

DM2000 is a powerful software tool that helps PC users determine the extent and location of their PC's year 2000 compliance problem. DM2000 is the premier PC assessment tool for determining which PC software applications are at risk from the "millennium bug."

In addition to DM2000, AXYN, through an associated US company, AXYN Technologies, will assume the Denver head office operation of The Guide Associates along with facilities, Web site, personnel and assets. A second product called 2000-Won! is also included in this transaction. 2000-WON! is a methodology to solve the Year 2000 problem that allows users to jumpstart methodology and project planning for Year 2000 projects and is installed in over 2 dozen sites worldwide.
