(NASDAQ: AXYX) today announced that it will participate in the Banc of America Securities Health Care Conference, to be held May 19-21, 2004 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marvin S. Hausman, M.D., Chairman and CEO of Axonyx, is scheduled to speak on May 20, 2004 at 10:00AM PDT and is expected to discuss the Company's product pipeline, strategic initiatives and market opportunities.
