Axis Capital Holdings Ltd.

AXIS CAPITAL HOLDINGS LTD. has named DAVID GREENFIELD chief financial officer. He will join the company during the third quarter. Greenfield also will join the company's executive management group.

Most recently, Greenfield was global sector chair for insurance with KPMG LLP.

Axis Capital Holdings Ltd. also has named RICHARD GIERYN JR. general counsel. Currently, Gieryn is general counsel of Axis U.S. Holdings. He joined the company from Combined Specialty Group Inc. in January 2003.
