) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2005.

The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.50 per Series A 7.25% Preferred Share. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2005.
