 Spatial Imaging Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXON), a leader in geographical data storage and retrieval technology today announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. In order to meet the opportunities presented by the market areas into which Axion has successfully entered, the Company has recruited to its Board additional expertise and advisory capability that will clearly strengthen its ability to grow and secure business in the range of target markets set out in the company's business plan.

The Company first wishes to acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Tomislav Milinusic from the Board of Directors. As the founder of Axion Spatial Imaging, Ltd., Tomislav has clearly been central to the company's aggressive and dedicated focus on emerging technologies -- a philosophy that continues to lead the company's success.

In replacing Tomislav, the Board has also been expanded to include four new positions, for a total of five members. Joining Ian Basford on the Board will be Markus Lemke, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Axion, as well as the following individuals:

KEN G. HUGHES brings to Axion's Board strategic corporate growth advice, and venture capital and investment banking assistance, with a focus on building shareholder value. He is an accomplished venture building specialist with exposure and particular interest in the emerging technology business.

Mr. Hughes has broad corporate experience, serving as Director, and/or officer in a variety of both publicly traded and privately held firms, including capital pools, and software development and marketing firms. He is President of Virgin Energy Inc., a public company trading on the Canadian Venture Exchange The Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) is now a defunct stock exchange having been acquired by the TSX Group in 2001 and renamed the TSX Venture Exchange. His experience spans several continents, having worked in Europe, Africa, and North America. His marketing and advertising expertise will be a valuable addition to Axion Spatial Imaging's growth in the months and years ahead.

DARRYL F. STEWART - as a principal shareholder (since 1990) and Director of Axion Spatial Imaging, Ltd., Darryl Stewart, M.D., brings to Axion's Board an intimate knowledge of the company's history and operations.

Dr. Stewart is President and Director of the Darryl F. Stewart Professional Corporation, and is a founding member of the Alberta Association of Emergency Medical Services An Emergency medical service (abbreviated to initialism "EMS" in many countries) is a service providing out-of-hospital acute care and transport to definitive care, to patients with illnesses and injuries which the patient believes constitutes a medical emergency.  Physicians (AAEMSP). He is on the Faculty of the University of Alberta Medical School, lecturing in both Family Practice and Emergency Medicine, and has been a Shock Trauma Air Rescue Services physician in Edmonton, Alberta.

Dr. Stewart's directorship of Axion Spatial Imaging, Ltd. has been characterized by active and direct involvement in guidance and monitoring of the Company's development to this point in time.
