Axiom to manage IBM facilities.


Axiom axiom, in mathematics and logic, general statement accepted without proof as the basis for logically deducing other statements (theorems). Axiom will provide a full range of site services involved in the daily operations of the 50 buildings which make up the two IBM sites including engineering services, security, mail room and reproduction services and chemical and environmental operations.

Locally, the Axiom Metropolitan DC portfolio consists of approximately 40 properties serving 15 clients and covering approximately 4 million square feet (1.8 million square feet facilities and 2.2 million square feet third party/investment management). Other properties managed by Axiom include Tycon Tower, Northern Telecom and Beltway Business Center.

Axiom was established as a separate joint venture company in 1992 by IBM and the Grubb & Ellis ELLIS - EuLisp LInda System. An object-oriented Linda system written for EuLisp.
