Axiom Tops Advertising and Corporate Identity Categories at the Houston Business Marketing Association 2007 Lantern Awards.


HOUSTON -- Axiom's corporate identity and logo work for ION's (NYSE: IO) VectorSeis Ocean, and their advertising programs for ION, Cameron (NYSE: CAM) and Petrosys recently won Lanterns from the Business Marketing Association of Houston (BMA). The firm's increased focus on brand development and marketing communications resulted in a total of 5 Lantern Awards and 18 Excellence Medallions.

Demonstrating the firm's unique position as a marketing communications and advertising hybrid, Axiom received 3 out of the 5 awards given for logo identity -- including the Best of Category, and 7 advertising awards, including 3 out of the 6 Best of Category honors.

The 2007 BMA Lantern competition covered 59 categories that awarded outstanding work by marketers and producers of business-to-business marketing communications materials and stakeholder communications.
