Axia NetMedia Corporation and AdFarm signed the final documents creating a new agency, operating under the AdFarm moniker A COM object that is used to create instances of other objects. Monikers save programmers time when coding various types of COM-based functions such as linking one document to another (OLE). See COM and OLE.. The partnership includes AdFarm, a privately held agency, and Fieldstone Marketing and Kahntact Marketing, Axia's two agricultural marketing communication groups. More than 65 people will be employed by the new AdFarm partnership, with offices in Calgary, Alberta; Guelph Guelph (gwĕlf), city (1991 pop. 87,976), S Ont., Canada, on the Speed River. It is an industrial and agricultural center located in one of Canada's most densely populated regions. Manufactures include electrical, construction, and farm equipment, textiles, clothing, fiberglass, and tobacco products. The Univ., Ontario; Kansas City, Mo.; and Fargo, N.D.
