Axia Health Management Acquires My ePHIT.


TEMPE, Ariz. -- Acquisition of Web-based health improvement company adds a key element to Axia's integrated preventive health programs

Axia Health Management, a national leader in preventive health care, has announced the acquisition of My ePHIT (Personal Health Improvement Training), a Salt Lake City-based company that pioneered a Web-based, highly customized and personalized health improvement support.

My ePHIT utilizes the latest, most innovative Web technology to generate comprehensive solutions to the epidemics of obesity, inactivity and poor lifestyle habits by customizing individual health improvement plans within three main categories: GetPHIT (exercise), EatPHIT (nutrition) and LivePHIT (life improvement skills). My ePHIT also provides its customers with online coaching, customized rewards and programs for Kids and Teens.
