: AFT), a leader in the design and development of fixed wireless voice and broadband data products, today announced it will supply Tele Barta Limited with the AXW-P1900 Fixed Wireless Phone to enable greater access to voice and data services in Bangladesh. Axesstel will begin shipments of the P1900 phones this month.

Tele Barta currently offers a complete range of telecommunications services under the Jubok Phone brand and recently secured a license to operate a fixed wireless telephone network in four newly established telecommunications zones in Bangladesh. In September 2005, Tele Barta plans to launch its CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) A method for transmitting simultaneous signals over a shared portion of the spectrum. The foremost application of CDMA is the digital cellular phone technology from QUALCOMM that operates in the 800 MHz band and 1.9 GHz PCS band. 2000 1X fixed wireless network with Axesstel's P1900 phone to make quality, affordable voice calling and high speed data services available to individuals, businesses, hospitals, government and public sector organizations.
