This order is complementary to a $6.75 million supply agreement with Axesstel announced recently. TeleCard's supply agreements with Axesstel strengthen its continuing effort to increase phone service penetration in Pakistan, the world's sixth largest nation, where basic telephony penetration is estimated at 3%. Officials expect the entire purchase of phones to be completed within the next 12 months.
