Financial Results Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2006 were $30.1 million, compared to $11.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2005. Gross margin for the fourth quarter was $6.3 million, or 21.0 percent of revenue, compared to $705,000, or 6.0 percent of revenue for the same period last year. Net income was $139,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $4.6 million, or $0.21 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2005. For the year ended December 31, 2006, the company reported revenues of $95.5 million and net loss of $6.6 million, or $0.29 per share. This compares to revenues of $94.7 million and net loss of $10.2 million, or $0.51 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2005. The cash and cash equivalents balance was $3.7 million at December 31, 2006.
