Tessa Greatwood (shot put, javelin), Caitlin Ritchey (long jump, triple jump), Amy Nelson (both hurdles races) and Stephanie Stickels (200, 400) captured two events apiece to lead Sheldon in a three-team Midwestern League meet at Lebanon.

Kourtni Pruitt won the 100 and 200 to lead Douglas to the team title at the four-team Reedsport Small School Invitational.

Boys tennis

Ian Nicholson of West Albany defeated Thurston's Andrew Hart 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 1 singles match to lead the host Bulldogs to an 8-0 nonleague victory over the Colts.

Willamette swept the doubles matches to defeat host North Eugene 7-1 in a Midwestern League showdown.

Taylor O'Brien and Kenny Tyler won the No. 2 doubles, and Philipp Keck v. i. 1. To heave or to retch, as in an effort to vomit.
