) announced today that William C. Jennings has joined the company's board of directors, bringing more than 38 years of business management experience to the team.

Jennings is a former partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and most recently led the company's Risk Management and Internal Controls Consulting Practice. Previously, he served as chief financial officer of Bankers Trust and senior executive vice president at Shearson Lehman Brothers. Jennings has also served on the boards of directors of several companies, including Intellisource, Inc., US Interactive, Inc. and The Merger Fund, a public mutual fund.

Throughout his career, Jennings has been active in many civic, educational and charitable organizations including the Committee for Economic Development, University of Akron Enrollment in fall 2006 was 23,539 students.[1] The school offers more than 200 undergraduate degrees [2] and 100 graduate degrees [3]. The University's best-known program is its College of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering, which is located in a  Foundation, and the American Council for Drug Education.
