) today reported a new design win for multiple systems of its Optima HD high dose implanter to a major memory manufacturer located in Asia. The customer selected both the Optima HD(TM) and the Optima HD Imax[TM]. This is the second penetration for the Optima HD Imax system, which allows users to dramatically increase productivity for low energy applications, by implanting clusters of boron boron (bōr`ŏn) [New Gr. from borax], chemical element; symbol B; at. no. 5; at. wt. 10.81; m.p. about 2,300°C;; sublimation point about 2,550°C;; sp. gr. 2.3 at 25°C;; valence +3.  rather than individual atoms.
