Axa S.A. names Rivet as CEO of insurance operations in U.K.


Philippe Maso y Guell Rivet has been named chief executive of Axa S.A.'s insurance operations in the United Kingdom.

Rivet, who had been group finance director of Axa U.K. for the past five years, will head the unit's Axa Insurance operations, including personal and commercial insurance, corporate partners and online insurer Swiftcover. He also will be accountable for the U.K. independent broking Bro´king

Rivet will remain on the board as an executive director of Axa U.K., the holding company for Axa's insurance operations in Great Britain and Ireland Great Britain and Ireland are the two largest islands in the British Isles.
