Axa Equitable revamps VUL.

On the occasion of its 150th anniversary, Axa Equitable Life Insurance Co. has enhanced its flagship Incentive Life Legacy series of variable universal life insurance. IL Legacy II provides a no-lapse guarantee during the first five to 10 policy years at no additional cost, depending on issue age. Extended no-lapse protection is available at extra cost, up to age 90. The product also offers a paid-up death benefit guarantee regardless of investment performance and without further premium payments. For additional cost, a rider accelerates the death benefit for long-term care costs. Another no-extra-cost rider leaves an added 1% of the death benefit to up to two qualified charities.
