. IL Legacy II provides a no-lapse guarantee during the first five to 10 policy years at no additional cost, depending on issue age. Extended no-lapse protection is available at extra cost, up to age 90. The product also offers a paid-up death benefit guarantee regardless of investment performance and without further premium payments. For additional cost, a rider accelerates the death benefit for long-term care costs. Another no-extra-cost rider leaves an added 1% of the death benefit to up to two qualified charities.
