The Gary McQuaid award: Johnny Ellen, Charlottesville, Virginia Charlottesville is an independent city located within the confines of Albemarle County in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and named after Princess Sophia Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, the wife of King George III of the United Kingdom.  

The Jack Rose award: Stephen J. Mead, San Clemete, California

The Outstanding State Chair/Provincial Awards to the following:

* Region 1 Chuck Darby, Greenfield, Indiana Greenfield is a city in Hancock County, Indiana, United States. The population was 14,600 at the 2000 census. The city is the county seat of Hancock CountyGR6.

Greenfield was a stop along the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and St.
 

* Region 2 Jon Wilson, Ogden, Utah

* Region 3 Ron Egeland, Billings, Montana

* Region 4 Greg Gautreaux, Lafayette, Lousiana

* Region 5 Susie Garry, ioux Falls, South Dakota

* Region 6 Mark Berry, Essex Junction, Vermont Essex Junction is a village in the town of Essex, Chittenden County, Vermont, United States incorporated on November 15, 1892. The population was 8,591 at the 2000 census. It is famous for being the home of Trey Anastasio and Jon Fishman, both of the band Phish.
