Awards for young focusing on future.A SUMMER of free activities will end with a special awards ceremony for young people at Liverpool's PhilharmonicHall. Future Focus offered events for Merseyside school leavers throughout August thanks to cash from the New Opportunities Fund. There were 12 activities on offer, including outdoor adventure trips to Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The capital is Cardiff. ,Cumbria and Derbyshire, art for life with sculpture,painting or drawing, sports, film-making,DJ workshops, and a fashion, hair and beauty option. The project, run by Liverpool Hope University Liverpool Hope University is a university in Liverpool, England. Two of its three founding colleges were established in 1844 and 1856, the third opening in the 1960s. It is the only ecumenical university in Europe. College and Greater Merseyside Connexions Partnership,aims to improve the job prospects of young people and help them to focus on their future as they move into the world of work.
