The agreement makes FaxSav's Internet Fax software and network available to HotOffice subscribers as a new part of their suite of Web-based Intranet applications.

Integrating Internet Fax into HotOffice's suite of intranet applications adds a critical business tool for HotOffice customers who rely on the service to conduct their private business communications tasks. Subscribers no longer need access to a printer and a fax machine to send faxes, or have to deal with the inconvenience of terminating their Internet connection because their analog faxing software is not Internet-compatible. Using FaxSav's FaxLauncher Pro software and the FaxSav Internet Fax Network, Hot Office subscribers can no fax directly through their Internet connections to reach any fax machine worldwide.

HotOffice's distribution into the small business market segment presents a natural opportunity for FaxSav to provide its Internet Fax services to a Internet-connected segment of small business users, not reached by its direct sales channel.
