MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- LinkedIn Corporation, the world's largest online professional network, announced award-winning author Robert I. Sutton, PhD will host a Q and A session with the company's 14 million member network today.

Sutton recently won a Quills award for his book, "The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One that Isn't". The book was selected as best of 2007 in the business book category: http://www.thequills.org/press.html. He is also a professor of management science and engineering at Stanford University, a fellow at IDEO and a member of Board of Directors for the Institute of the Future.

This is the second in LinkedIn's Answers series focusing on start ups and small business, and highlighting the professional expertise available through the LinkedIn Answers service. The series kicked off this week with Senator Barack Obama's participation as a featured host. He received an overwhelmingly enthusiastic response of more than 1,300 answers in the first 24 hours to his question, focused on how the next president can help entrepreneurs and small business thrive.

"LinkedIn Answers is a smart, effective way for executives and professionals to get intelligence about provocative and important business issues like workplace behavior and its impact on productivity," said Bob Sutton. "I am delighted to have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the expert network on LinkedIn."
