JenningsFord has once again swept the board at the Ford Motor Company's annual Chairman's Award ceremony. No other dealership in the UK has won the award so consistently since it was introduced.

This year, 18 prizes were up for grabs by almost 600 dealerships and JenningsFord managed to take four of them.

This is Ford's most prestigious award for customer satisfaction, and is presented to dealerships on an annual basis in recognition of reaching outstanding levels of customer satisfaction across both sales and aftersales service.

When a customer purchases a new car from JenningsFord, they are automatically sent an independent questionnaire, which is then assessed by the Ford Motor Company. The questionnaire is to ensure individual dealers are adhering to specific guidelines set out by Ford in order that customers are completely satisfied.
