The driver of the Corsa, Ann Hargreaves, 71, from Bromborough, her sister, Linda Wood, 59, from Eastham, Mrs Wood''s granddaughter, Olivia, six, from Wrexham, and Joan Roden-Jones, 64, from Wrexham also died. Mr Allen said: "I am shocked, yet honoured to have received this commendation. "I feel very proud and feel that I have accepted this award on behalf of everyone from who was also at the scene of the accident". |
