StereoVision Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:SVED) announces it has signed Rocco Urbisci and his partner, pay per view impresario Neal Marshall, to produce, direct, and write the Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling (G.L.O.W.) 3-D pay per view event that StereoVision has planned for the Fall. Mr. Urbisci's vast experience in live broadcasts, (his 3 cable ace awards for producing and directing George Carlin's live HBO specials, and the Writers Guild Award for the 3 hour live prime time network broadcast of the "Earth Day Special" are just a few of his many credits) makes him the perfect selection to head up the production team for StereoVision's blockbuster event. Mr. Urbisci's production team will also include StereoVision's founders, comedic actor Rick Ducommun, Dan Symmes President of Dimension 3 Inc., (D3.com) and Tim Kuglin CEO of Satellite Television And Radio Inc. (STAR-CORP.com).

Rick Ducommun has co-starred in dozens of movies, i.e. "The Burbs", "Scary Movie", and Disney's "Blank Check" just to name a few. He has also starred in several of his own HBO comedy specials. Rick will perform in the GLOW event as well as collaborate with Rocco on the writing of the show. Dan Symmes, the world's leading 3-D expert, and the first ever to do a live 3-D broadcast, will contribute his three dimensional genius to the effort. And Tim Kuglin, and his satellite broadcast company STAR, with over 5,000 live broadcasts including The Olympics, The Academy Awards, and 15 Super Bowls to their credit, will round out StereoVision's virtual "Dream Team" for the production of this event.

At a special StereoVision Board of Directors meeting held May 26, 2003 the Board voted unanimously for a special dividend dividing the Company's net profit after taxes from the GLOW event 50%-50% with the SVED shareholders. StereoVision's Chief Executive Officer Jack Honour stated: "With President Bush's tax plan reducing the dividend tax, StereoVision's Board felt the GLOW event would be the appropriate opportunity for rewarding the Company's shareholders for their continued patience and support."
